Vegan Apple Cake

Here's a sweet for everybody in your crew, regardless of their diet. It's vegan, gluten-free, and whole delicious with warming spices and a soft vegetarian buttercream ice.

1 1/2 tsp.

ground ginger
3/4 tsp.

ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp.

kosher salt
2 1/2 c.

oat milk or different nondairy milk
2 1/4 tsp.

cider vinegar
3 tbsp.

unsulphured syrup
1 1/2 tsp.

pure seasoner
1/2 c.

unsweetened applesauce
For ice
3 c.

apple potable
1 lb.

vegan butter
1 lb.

confectioners’ sugar, sifted
Directions

    Prepare cake: Heat kitchen appliance to 350℉. gently coat 3 8-inch cake pans with non stick preparation spray.
