How to make cupcakes? 

With cheap healthy ingredients that are at any shop
To start with, cupcakes are really healthy and delicious for us, especially if you eat them in breakfast, they are rich with proteins and vitamins seeing the fact that they include eggs, sugar, and milk.
Today I will speak about the two types of cupcakes the salty and the sweet ones and how to prepare them.
The first one is the sweet cupcake
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15
This quantity is for 10 people

The ingredients:

1. 100 g of butter
2. 100g of sugar
3. 2 big eggs
4. Half tablespoon vanilla extract or any other flavor that you prefer
5. 120f of white flour.
The ingredients of the buttercream
1. 150g butter
2. 300 g sugar
3. Half tablespoon vanilla extract or any other flavor that you prefer, what matters the most is that the flavor in the butter should match the first one in the mixture.
4. 3 tablespoons of milk
5. Food coloring ( choose the color you like, but for kids, it had better be catchy so that they finish their parts )

How to prepare it

• First, heat you oven on medium heat approximately 180°
cupcakes• You can use an electronic whisk or you can mix it with a fork. But the electronic one would give it a fluffy texture. Beat the butter, sugar, you mix them until they get a clearer color then you add the eggs one after the other
• Put the vanilla extract now then add the white flour and you mix them all together
• Now that you have your mixture, you need to spoon it into the cupcakes cases. You should put the same amount in each case.
• Finally, put them into the oven for 15 min or more, you can test if they are well bakes or not by inserting something sharp like the edge of the knife or a skewer, if it comes out clean it means it is well baked.
For the butter-cream
For the buttercream, you have to use an electric whisk.
First, you whisk the butter until clearer then you add sugar. Mix them until the sugar is blended into the butter and you no longer see its crystals, add the vanilla extract, or any other flavor of your choice. And finally, you can color it as you want, just make sure to use the right amount of food coloring.
You better keep it in the fridge for an hour or a half and you serve it alone or with juice
The salty cupcakes
Rare are those who know about them so let alone eating them ... but to be honest they are of a very good flavor and they can be served in breakfast or lunch and even dinner.
Time of preparation: 30 min
Time of baking: 25 min.
It can prepare 10 cupcakes
The ingredients
1. You will need a cup of white flour.
2. Half cup of milk
3. 1/4 cup of oil
4. One cup of cheddar cheese or any other cheese of your choice
5. 2 large eggs
6. 1 tablespoon of baking powder
7. One teaspoon of salt
Ps: you can add some vegetables like carrots, but you have to cut them into small pieces
How to make it?
First, put the eggs in a bowl, you can mix them with your fork, but it is better to use an electric whisk.
Second, add the oil and the milk.
Third, add the white flour gradually so that it doesn't gather in small circles.
You put the first half of the flour, add the baking powder then you add the other half of the flour.
Four, add the cheese " Cheddar" and the slat and you mix slowly. Try not to smash the cheese.
Next, let it rest for 5 min.

You can add some cheese on top. Or you can cut cheese slices in circles and put them on top.
Bake it for 15 to 20 min. Use the edge of the knife trick to know if it is well cooked.
Once prepared, you can eat them alone or with some soup.
Ps, you may use the baking powder with the sweet cupcakes, it will double the size of the cupcake, which means more cups and saving more money
