Pizza is one of the most famous yet delicious food ever! Still, a lot of us have to order it thinking they cant make that delicious flavor at home ...
Well, today I am going to share with you one of the most successful recipes in preparing pizza including the dough and the sauce !! You should bear in mind that we have many times of pizza, today we gonna prepare the easiest one. Margherita

What you are going to need?

• For the dough.
1. 500 g of white flour
2. 1 tablespoon of sugar
3. 1 tablespoon of baking powder
4. 2 tablespoons of milk powder
5. 4 tablespoons of
6. Salt
7. A little bit of water.
• For the sauce
1. 2 pieces of garlic
2. 1 tablespoon of canned tomatoes
3. 4 tomatoes
4. Spices ( of your choice)
5. Salt
6. One small spoon of sugar
• Toppings
1. 1 tomato cut into slices
2. 1 green pepper cut into stripes
3. Tuna ( optional)
4. Cheddar cheese
We will start by preparing the sauce to give it time to chill.
First, heat your pan on medium fire, add some olive oil or butter as u like . smash the garlic, and put them in the pan.
In an electric whisk, put the 4 tomatoes, when smashed put them in the pan with the garlic, make sure to move them every once and then. Till it becomes a sauce.
Now, let's prepare the dough.
First, put 500 g of white flour in a bowl, add to it 1 big spoon of sugar, and the baking powder with salt. Till now try to whisk them all the dry components together with a fork.
Second, add the liquids one by one. Start with the oil then 2 spoons of milk.
In the end-use your hands and try to gather all the elements together to make a dough.
Once made cut it into 4 pieces, put them on a plate and let them rest, don't forget to cover them with a tissue.
Once their size doubles, and you see that their volume increased.
Take the first one, and try to paste it in the shape of a circle.
Put some of the tomato sauce, and some black olives ( try to dig them into the dough), a little bit of the green pepper, some slices of tomato. And cheddar cheese. Put the pizza in an oven that was already well heated. Leave it for 15 min only. Then take it out. Add to it more cheese of your choice and tuna.
It better be served hot, so that you enjoy the flavor of cheese melting in your mouth.
You can eat it alone or with some soup.
