Chewy cookies

How to make delicious chewy cookies, with simple ingredients that you may find in all the fridges?
Well before starting, you can substitute the milk chocolate chips with dark ones to lower the calories in the cookies.
The coming quantity of ingredients prepares about 40 to 50 cookie.
Time of preparation: ten minutes
Time of baking: 15 minutes

What are we supposed to use ( ingredients)

Chewy cookies1. 2 cups of white flour ( all-purpose white flour)2. 1 small spoon of baking powder
3. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
4. 1 cup of butter, soften it before use.
5. Half cup of sugar
6. One egg.
7. Vanilla extract.

How to make it?

As I always say, mix the dry ingredients alone and the liquid ones alone
Before starting you should heat the oven in 180° ..(370 F )
First, in a bowl; mix the 2 cups of flour, the baking soda, and powder.
Second, use electric whist. start mixing together the butter and sugar until creamy then add the egg and the vanilla .. beat all together until smooth and creamy
Third, start to add the dry ingredients that we have prepared before gradually to the mix until it results in a homogenous dough.
Now it is time to add the chocolate chips, this move is optional.
Now let it rest for 5 min, then take a little and make round balls with similar size.
Take a plate, put some butter in the middle of that blate and move it until you cover all the space ... then put the rounded balls. Put them in the oven
You can also use cookie sheets, they are available are the grocery stores.
Tips!!!
The secret to have crispy, chewy, and soft cookies is BUTTER !!! it has to be softened well ... if it is so hard you will end up preparing rocks rather than cookies.
If you want to have soft cookies you can take them out from the oven after 8 minutes.
You can serve it with milk-shake or coffee...
