10 minutes pan Pasta  

The ingredients: 

10 minutes pan Pasta  ·         2 tablespoon of butter 
·         2 minced garlic cloves
·         250 g of diced chicken
·         1 teaspoon of salt
·         1 teaspoon of pepper
·         paprika
·         Italian seasonings
·         100g of bell pepper
·         1 cup of ground tomatoes
·         3 tablespoons of  tomato paste
·         ½ half a cup of heavy cream
·         250 g of cooked pasta
·         Mozzarella cheese.

The preparation:

Before starting to make the sauce, take a pan put the 250 g of pasta and one teaspoon of salt, with 500ml of water. Let it for 10 minutes until it boils take one and check if it is well cooked, how do you know that it is well cooked? Simply it will be easily smashed not as hard as when you first touched it.  

 First, Heat another pan on slow heat, put 2 tablespoons of butter; once they are melted add 2 minced garlic cloves .when you feel that the garlic is smoothened, add 250 g of diced chicken breasts. At the same time put the spices that you prefer. But it would be better to use; one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, paprika, and some Italian seasonings. Move them around so that they get mixed with all the dices of chicken.

 After that add some green pepper (bell pepper) and one cup of ground tomatoes with 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Move all the ingredients together. After 2 mints add half a cup of heavy cream. you will see that the mixture has become little orange rather than red, at that moment add 250 g of cooked pasta ( that you have already prepared ) mix the pasta with the previous mixture until the color of the pasta becomes orange . Then add some mozzarella cheese on top, then a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Cover the pan let it on slow hear for 5 mints. Finally, put it in a dish and serve it hot.

Tips:

1.      The secret to have delicious pasta is to cook it on a slow fire or medium. Because the ingredients will take time to absorb the spices. thus covert to their flavor and result in delicious pasta.
2.      It is not advisable to use oil while boiling the pasta because he will cover the pieces and when we add them to the other mixture they will not absorb the spices and tomato. As a result, our pasta will have a bitter taste.
