Souffles pancake

           Lately this recipe went viral on all social media seeing the fact that it looks so delicious and fluffy yet quite expensive. Well, here it is! With ingredients that are available at any house. It can be made in a very quick time. It is also suitable for those who are trying to keep their food healthy because it does not really contain any fats; only some sugar that can be balanced easily. Let’s start.

It can prepare four souffles

 

      I.            What you need?

 Basically all the ingredients are available at every house.

·        2 egg whites

·        2 yolks

·        25 ml of milk .(  three tablespoons )

·        Cake flour 37g .( three tablespoons )

·        1 teaspoon lemon or vinegar

·        40 g of sugar.

·        Cooking oil

·        Piping bag 

 

   II.            How to make it?

In two separate vessels:

      In the first vessel, put two egg whites, the one spoon of lemon or vinegar. Mix a little, and then add the 40g of sugar on 3 times i.e.  Bring the electronic whisk, start mixing the liquid ingredients, and then add one tablespoon of sugar while mixing. After 40 seconds add the second tablespoon of sugar then after the 40, last seconds add the last tablespoon of sugar. Mix it all until you have a fluffy mixture. 

 

         In the second put the two yolks, add the milk, and the flour gradually, blend them together until smooth.

        Now , you have two vessels , one is white and the other is yellow ; what you need to do is that ,  to take one table spoon of the white and try to stir it slightly to mix it with the yellow one .

        Stir fast, and then as you add more of the white mixture, try to go slow. So that your dough stays fluffy and does not fall, down, stir gently until you have a yellowish fluffy mixture.

        The dough is ready, put it in the piping bag. 

 

        Let’s move now to cooking it!  First, heat the pan on slow fire, then put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, move is around with a tissue. After that put the mixture in a form of a circle then pour more on top of it. (Like the ice cream machine). 

 

       The secret here is that, you ought to keep the pan on low heat, and add 1 tablespoon of water to the pan. So that it evaporates and helps, cook the souffles on the sides. Cover the pan and wait for 5/4 mints. Then turn the soufflé on the other side gently. Also, add one tablespoon of water; keep it for 4 min. 

 

        Remove the soufflé from the pan, let it chill, add a small piece of butter on top of it and pour some caramel or anything you prefer.
