        Today we will not try to make an easy cheesecake only, but also we will flavor it with chocolate. Who doesn’t like chocolate? The recipe is very easy; so beginner cooks will find it so helpful as the first time to try a cheesecake. Also, we made sure that it will be non-baked and without eggs so that it gives you a guaranteed result. What are we waiting for? Let’s start.

 

 Before starting  

       I just want to clarify that the preparation for this cheesecake takes 1:30 min; the thing is that it needs to chill for 7 hours in order to develop the texture needed; this is on the one hand. On the other hand, the container or the springform pan’s size ought to be 20 cm. So that the height of the cheesecake is suitable and beautiful. Also, we will prepare three layers; the crust, the filling, and Ganache (the chocolate on top).  

 

  • The crust 190g Oreo. 
  • 50 g of butter. 
  1. The filling 
  • 440 g cream cheese. 
  • 250 g dark chocolate. 
  • 240g heavy cream. 
  • 80g powdered sugar. 
  • One-teaspoon Vanilla extract.
  1. The top of the cheesecake 
  • 130 g of chocolate. 
  • 110 heavy creams. 
  •  

Let’s prepare the crust:

       In a high-speed blender, put the Oreos and smash it quickly until it becomes powdery. After that add the melted butter and mix well so they get combined.

   

First, put the crust in the springform pan, and then press it well to the bottom. Finally, put it in the fridge. In the meantime, prepare the filling. 

Let’s prepare the filling:

  

In an empty vessel, put the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, and the vanilla extract. Use the electronic whisk to mix them all for about 5 min, until they become smooth. After that, cut the dark chocolate, and then put it to melt and add it to the cheese mixture. 

   

In another vessel put the heavy cream, whisk it until you see that its size doubled and it became fluffy. Then add it gradually to the previous mixture. You will end having a brown mixture.

Now let’s put all of these together, bring the crust out of the fridge and add the mixture to it. Put it in the freezer for one and a half hours. 

 

Let’s prepare the Ganache 

     

Put the heavy cream on low heat, until it boils (3 min). Take it off the heat and add it to the milk chocolate that was previously cut. Stir them until smooth, wait until it chills a little bit, and pour it on the cheesecake.  

    

Finally, put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, serve it with a coffee.
